I'm Curious, why have you been running updates on the progress of this game for the last year, 11 feb Sega announce new game, 20 may first screen shots, 30 july more progress updates, 3 feb multiplayer demo available, 15 feb updated demo available, and now with the game released....... nothing.

Any chance of a review or a sum up or a few words to mark the occasion? It's only one of the reasons I come to this site is to see if a game is worth the money. I would have read it in the latest copy of click magazine but guess what? It ain't in it.

Like I said, just curious.

Hey Sean,

We'd love to tell you all about AvP but unfortunately we're at the whims of Sega and haven't received a copy yet, though it is apparently on the way. This is the unique joy of dealing with publishers who don't have an office here in Ireland.

Rest assured, as soon as we get a chance to play it we'll have a review up on the site - hopefully you can wait just a little longer!

Meanwhile, might we distract you with our shiny Heavy Rain review!

Waaaay ahead of you on that. Love the demo too. Was a huge fan of Fahrenheit, original and engaging. A wee note to all lovers of the likes of Bayonetta and all other mashing spastic titles, probably not your type of game here but the demo does a great job of showing you whats in store so check it out. I'd advise you to have a look at it if you're not sure 'cos it's probably a love it or hate it deal.

Marmite anyone?
